Men, Women and IQ

I came across this article this morning http://www.newsweek.com/id/101079/page/1 . Contrary to certain conclusions stated in the article, I've heard people think their mothers smarter than their dads in many cases if they are reasonably educated. I've heard many of my friends mention that their moms would have had a great career had they been educated like their dads. I've also heard parents say their daughters are smarter than their sons. I am not being a feminist.. just mentioning my observations. I do agree on the fact that women lack a lot in the self-esteem department in general compared to men. Just compare your own performance at times of low self-esteem and high self-esteem.. isnt there a huge difference ?.
