Turtles can fly

The title of this movie made me think.. should be a lighthearted movie like the Big Fish . When I loaded the DVD, it showed up as Iran/Iraq movie. Knowing its not going to be lighthearted but definitely interesting, I went on to watch the movie. The story is centered on a bunch of kids trying to make a living in Kurdistan and how they live every day dreaming about America invading Iraq and hopefully bring down Saddam. There are lot of moments when you cant resist chuckle and there are moments where your heart really bleeds. I never liked the idea of America invading Iraq.. now my thought is ..wish it was only a better planned war that would have ended in a few months or in a couple of years rather than being a long never ending painful one.
