What it is to have a sibling ???

Younger siblings of a couple of my friends have come to the US to do their masters. Looking at the way the brothers/sisters think about every minute detail to make it easy for their sibling is astounding. The amount of love they have for their siblings shows through their actions and words. As one of them aptly put.. "I dont want my sister to go through what I went through in grad school".. I want her to do it well/better and make me proud. Instead of having the attitude.. "I went through the torture to figure it out.. let her know through her own efforts what it takes to achieve what I did"... she was wishing a better life than what she has/had. This is what is epitome of sibling love is...I guess. These episodes make me think.. hmm.. I want to have kids and not a kid when I have them :).
