Hmm.. thought why not journal day-to-day lessons. Here are some from yesterday :
(1) Crampons - essential for hiking on mountains where you might find snow.. such a basic thing I never knew until now.
(2) My headaches are as a result of having loud thoughts in sleep - thoughts that I find hard to stop. Its been a while since I did yoga or meditation - best medicine for preventing such "thought" storms gusting through your consciousness.
(3) Summer is here.. better start my swimming and oh yea.. learn skating (its been 2 summers since I bought my skates.. after the first fateful fall.. I'vent attempted yet).
