Back from Beijing..

Its one week since I came back. Loved the fact I had 2 saturdays :) (one in Beijing and one in Seattle:)). Day in Beijing was spent taking in the tranquility and fragrance at the Lama temple.. seriously this one just hit the spot and would say is the highlight of my trip :). Back in Seattle, I was glad to see my best friend after 2 long weeks. Watched Rathacharitharam(Tamil version)..its a well made movie but definitely not something I had initially signed up for.. was taken to the movie saying its Surya's movie :(. Showed up at work only on wednesday.. the rest of the week has been WFH .. ahem ahem :). Feel like a school kid having to go to school after a long vacation. Ok.. there are 2 things being added to my culinary skills.. use of black bean sauce( yummiest condiment), snow fungus with date/apricot soup.
