Craving

Today was one of those disastrous days at work. Had awkward back and forth email with 2 folks from outside the organization - I kinda felt belligerent. Felt I spoke too much in a meeting and felt slightly out of control. Wonder where this is coming from - is it because I dont have anyone to talk to after work that the craving to talk has skyrocketed.
