Guess what

Following thursday "out of control" talk meeting, I did get advice from my VP. I was like "I know what you are about to say" but had to listen. He said.. take time to listen, replay the question to confirm what is being asked and then answer. I thanked him - it is not me to do that in recent times but I did that the previous day, hence I was kicking myself for doing something as stupid as that. Well.. I am glad we had the talk :).
