If urine is brown, kidney stopped working.
Botox can be used to help relax muscles. When my collegue mentioned she got botox in her forehead to fix her headache, I couldn't help recalling the episode where House injects Botox in a guy's throat to relax the muscle.
Complicated case: Start with an MRI, do a lung or heart biopsy (sticking a iron rod into the back of the patient)..
Most important skill for a doctor is to be able to break open into patient's apartment/house to learn more about the patient ;)
Give a medicine that could cause allergy, and if it causes allergy.. give counter medicine..
Headache, fluid accumulation.. drill hole into the head.
NO MRI if the person has any piece of metal on the body.. the machine will rip it...
